New AMG Steering Wheels My '19 Retrofit?
By any chance, would it be possible to take one of the new AMG steering wheels and put them on the 2018 E63s? In my opinion it should be possible right? I'm referring the the steering wheels coming on the 2019 E63s.

Is this referring to the new heated steering wheel. I think I read heated steering wheel is gonna be available on the 63 in 19. I doubt it would work without major mods, probably not worth it.

There was a post on the PL from an AMG representative stating the swap is not possible for the MY 18 cars.

The controls on the new wheel look more like the S Class. I'm happy with what I got, but then again I don't live in the north pole either, the heated function would be nice in cold climates.

Looks are subjective, but I think the new one looks much better, more modern, and higher quality. Regardless, the main benefit of the new one is the better controls, particularly for the cruise functionality that was moved from the lever to the steering wheel.

Having the CC on the wheel would be nice. I still occasionally diddle the turn signal when I'm engaging CC or change the cruising speed when I'm trying to signal or visa versa.
