Our Front Lip Insert, Canard Inserts, Carbon Fibre Grille and Mirror Housings are compatible with your Wagon. We are currently working on a Diffuser for the Sedan, if you want to start a poll to see if there is interest maybe we can make one for the Wagon as well.

I have tried to reach you directly in many different ways. It has now been over 80 days to get a spoiler that I paid in full. You said you had 4 in stock. You sent me a damaged spoiler which I returned. You blamed it on a shipping problem but the shipping box was in perfect condition. You have told me you are sending me another spoiler but most recently, you just created a label but never shipped my spoiler. I don't know why you continue to treat your customers so poorly. Neither of your phones work. You don't answer your emails. I am very disappointed at your poor customer service. I have told you in messages that if you don't intend to ship me what I paid for, simply refund my money. I am waiting to hear from you. Right now, I cannot recommend to anyone on this forum to purchase anything from you as you take peoples money and don't send them what they purchased. There is a complete lack of trust in your business. Do something to change my opinion.

Same boat, I wanted that spoiler but went with Euroteck because their communication was perfect, everything they told me came true, and the products are solid. Mode still has the same problems they've had forever, and I'm done with the excuses.

+1 for Euroteck I ordered a Cf diffuser from them and it shipped on time and arrived in the pristine condition they promised. Great communication too.

I gave up and asked for a refund but have heard nothing from Sam. He created a label in FedEx and told me a spoiler was being sent. This was a lie as no product was ever shipped. I am not the only one who has has problems with Mode Carbon. There are some who have gone over a year without getting what they ordered. What kind of business treats their customers like this? They do not deserve business from MBWorld members nor anyone else. This a fraudulent and dishonest business. Take your business somewhere else.

I ordered a spoiler for my w212 e63 in April and have not heard back since. I have messaged Sam multiple times regarding updates and nothing. Was told 4-6 weeks and we are approaching mid June now. Luckly I paid PayPal and have buyer protection till Oct 2022, so I will give it a few more weeks than I take action
