We were mandated to shut down our shipping department due to the zoning codes and social distancing practices over the course of Summer 2020.
While I was in the hospital we had about 50 items clearing up in the paint department that all got tarnished due to the non-communication policies at the hospital.
Almost 8 months later and I’m still trying recover from the accident. Receiving constant medical supervision and it has been hindering our ability to deliver.
We are doing our very best to get back up and running, but at this point I’m really just trying to hang in there mentally.
Thank you so much to those whom stood by us and we send out a heartfelt apology to all of those whom were affected by the aforementioned problems.
I would like to personally extend a 50% off voucher to all those that didn’t get their order and/or a $500 rebate card.

As you are aware I have been chasing you for my order that I placed at the late end of last year, we are now entering June 2021 and yet still I have not received anything.
When do you anticipate that you will ship this order out, you continue to give me excuses regarding your landlord and a current lawsuit, but as a customer, you have made me wait for goods ordered for almost 10 months? both my E63s AMG and C63 AMG car are due to be resprayed and then detailed with PPF applied and ceramic coating, yet these jobs have been delayed due to the carbon fiber parts I have ordered from you.
Can you please get these parts shipped out or return my money which I paid in full in advance.
You should not treat your loyal customers in this way, I have waited for the order and it's coming up to one year for you to deliver the goods, something clearly is not correct and you keep on avoiding the request for a full refund?
