Interesting. Maybe it will be in the mail when I get home. I did get another CEL for a 1 & 6 cylinder misfire the other day. Reset it with my reader and it hasn't returned for a couple of days.
Dumb question here but where can I go to look to see what address MB has for me? I brought my 2019 E63S back from Germany where I lived (US Spec) before I had a mailing address here... I have never received a piece of mail about anything. Thanks!
Received mine last night too. Says we will receive a letter to show to the California DMV to verify the update has been done so we can renew the vehicle registration.
Hopefully this won't be an update like my F-250 that cut the power output noticeably.

I received the letter too. I was getting the 1,6 cylinder misfire back in April 2019 and they updated my ECU to address it. Wonder if it’s the same update?
I just had my 2 year scheduled maintenance done (Service B). They said my car also needed this "ECU Software" update as well as the "Suspension Software" update and also the "Center Radiator Protector" add on. So far, I don't notice any change in performance.
