I recieved my VIN today (production "in december") and they moved est. delivery 2w earlier to "middle of Jan". So it it doesn´t look like there are any delays beacuse of Covid19.

I spoke to my dealership today. They said ordering for the 2021 E-class opens up this week! Orders won't be delivered until late this year, maybe early next with the Coronavirus slowdown. However, he also said there will likely be a limited build for 2021 because of the slow down. They did not have a DOG yet.
I put my build together and they're going to put me in their first build spot when it opens up.
My Spec: 2021 E63 Wagon
Basically - every option you can get.
Won't be here until next year, but its still exciting.

My understanding is that the so-called "highlights" of the E-Class AMG line built at Sindelfingen are the E53 cars, while the E63S AMG 'one man, one engine' cars are built at Affalterbach. I haven't encountered any definitive information indicating otherwise. My AMG salesman has visited both factories and agrees with that statement.

SUPER!! My build is still scheduled for the 2nd decade in Dec. I have CCB's on my specification so that might be why it is a later build date.

(I actually change my order to CCB earlier so It hasn´t anything to do with the breaks I believe).
