Unlocking the full functions of the multi-beam LED headlights

Now that I am located in Germany with my U.S. Spec Wagon, can I ask the dealership here to "turn on" all the functions of my Multi-beam LED Headlights?
I imagine there could be some small difficulties getting German programming software to work on a U.S. spec'd car, but there has to be a way.

I have a '22 GLE 450, so clearly, I am in the wrong thread. However, I had my headlights coded by rjautomotive.net . They work great!!. I had a few other things done at the same time, but I believe the headlights can be done for around $250. If you email them your VIN, they will let you know if compatible.

The Wagon just advised me that Service A is due, so hopefully I can:
1. Get Service A done
2. Have the headlights properly programmed
3. Have the OEM navigation set for use in Europe.
Also, it's so freaking nice to be able to use this sled properly (without fear of State Troopers) on the "unlimited" sections of the Autobahn!!

they read what to respond to you
Dealers are the same
they have 0 knowledge of custom coding
as this is not a ON OFF coding but severe deep coding in several locations, 5-6 different modules and over 20 coding changes, dream on
ps: we don't use xentry to code it but engineering software. not sure that this is possible with xentry even if they had brains
you will see by yourself
believe it or not, I have a couple that hire me to revert firmware, they can't even do that with Xentry

Well, one would hope that a German Mercedes dealer would have a passable knowledge of their service systems and diagnostic tools.
As an electrical engineer with a fair bit of software programming experience, the process seemed pretty straightforward to me when I watched the video. I would have tried it myself if I had the tool.

Well, seems BenzNinja was right. The Mercedes/AMG technicians were unable to activate my Intelligent Headlights. :-(
I guess it's a good thing, as I was charged 1,100 Euro for Service A and an upload of European Maps on my Nav system.

Im in USA. No access for remote coding software.
i need couple things coded and added to my 2019 E63S 809 datacard, such as:
multibeam LED
AMG drive unit
Power door (soft close door)
VIM
ECO mode off remembering

so I download a teamviewer to a burner laptop and have you remotely code? How would I connect this laptop to the car?
How much is the rental fee? What am I even renting?
And how much is the "membership" fee? Is this recurring membership? If so, why? I can just code everything i want and cancel membership..

Hi, I have a 2022 GLS 450 in the US and looking at the build sheet, I have option 640. Does this mean the “re-code” will give me full ILS+ functionality per the Mercedes video? There are no other hardware upgrades needed or anything else I need to check?

There are some vendors who will insist that they are better, and safer than others because they don't need to connect to your OBD port. However, that is the only way to accomplish coding.
