e63s Sedan and lack of aftermarket parts

I was an active member on the c63 forum back in the earlier 2010's. There were dozens of vendors and styles to choose from to create a unique build on that platform.

I just picked up a new e63s and surprised how quiet the market is for these cars.

Other than the parts mode carbon offers and the overly priced brabus, are there any vendors that make nice aftermarket parts for these things?

Is it though? I’ve always had dozens of options in the past for my mclarens Porsche’s and Lamborghini’s.

The c63 doesn’t lack variety either, just surprised vendors haven’t taken a stab at the E platform, so much potential.

I mean it's still a very different market than lambos and what not. Lambo, for example, is an all out toy, no expense spared, money pit that aftermarket companies are going to gobble up because people with lambos usually also have big money.

An e63 buyer just isn't the same breed or they got the e63 to DD because they have that lambo toy. Or, the e63 is the toy but they don't really want to mess with it nor have the means to. I'd be happy that the options that exist do. Some tuning options, suspension options, plenty of wheels to choose from, and for what its worth mode carbon is quite tasteful... The car can be an absolute monster, look good, and massage you hitting supercar 60-130 times.

I think ultimately, like many other platforms, you just have to wait for this car to dip in price, become available to more people with their budgets, lose warranty and enter affordability for those willing and looking to modify their car to make more noise.

Agree. Most owners are going to go for an OEM+ look and leave it. These are daily drivers, not toys. Even the C63 fits a boy racer niche, especially the W204’s.

True, but of course more vendors/companies will put out parts for those super cars. The E63 is that sleeper on the road that's functional for family outings with the kids and all then fun for driver experience, say a weekend solo drive.

Not hating but is the C63 average buyer younger and E63 buyer older and maturer. Just a guess as I have no stats or evidence. Every car has a market demographic.
