Michelin tires are great. Never had an issue with them.

I have Pirellis on mine. Looking to change them to Michelins or Bridgestone soon. I dont like the Pirellis at all.

My car was delivered with Pirellis. Fronts were done by 10,000 miles. Replaced with Michelin PS4 and have been pretty happy. Grip is better, wear seems better so far, ride seems better, and tire noise may be a bit less too.

Since you are in Florida, I would suggest the Michelins in place of the Pirellis. I switched out my PS4s at 5000 miles and replaced them with Bridgestones. I now have more than 21000 miles on those tires and the tread is only 1/3 gone. I would have needed two additional sets of Michelins by now instead. My main reason for the change was that the PS4s were terrible when the temperatures got below 40 degrees. If you look at the warranty for the PS4s, you will see that Michelin does not recommend operating the tires below 45 degrees nor will they warrantee the tires when they throw chunks of tread when they are operated at that temp or below.

I'm a big fan of the Michelin PS4S. They're better than the Pirellis in every way: better grip (dry & wet), better ride, and quieter, too. I first tried them on my old F430 a couple of years ago (loved them!!) and will fit them to every car I own going forward. Highly recommended.

I was a bit pissed that my '19 was delivered with Pirellis and the "wrong" '18 had Michelin. Though I'm low on miles, I look forward to swapping out to PS4s. Tire noise seems high with the Pirelli, so I'm glad to see that will improved with PS4s.

Cheers

Michelins!
Mine came with Pirellis. Tried to get the dealer to swap them prior to delivery. No luck.

I was so happy when the Pirellis that came on the car needed replacement. Michelins were a big improvement.

There is no contest whatsoever between P Zeros and PS4. The Michelins all day every day.

Like everyone else Michelin’s all day. My car came with Pirellis. I had the tire protection plan. I got a flat. Dealer had to special order Pirelli tire so they just gave me 4 new Michelin’s. I don’t know why Pirellis have a reputation for being good. Michelin’s last way longer and offer better ride. The tire and wheel plan I bought paid for itself 3 times over. I’ve had a total of 6 new tires in a year and half (nails and ran over debris on highway). Plus curb rash repair. The only plan I ALWAYS get.

Totally agree, the PS4S are great tyres for the AMG V8 cars! And much less cold weather squeeking then the factory mounted PS3!

Michelin PS4S no question. I've had very bad handling experiences with all ranges of Pirellis on multiple cars. Never again.
