I had Lunar Blue on my 2014 CLS550 and loved it; I'm looking forward to having it again. No firm date yet, but expecting an early November build for a December delivery.

Hmm... The prices are not out yet AFAIK. You should have received a copy of the PO with the factory build date scheduled. Did you have to give a deposit?

Correct - the prices have not yet been released, so no final PO yet and only an estimated build date. I'm getting an early-production car which the dealership had ordered for itself, now reconfigured with my specs. I received a build sheet with a placeholder total. I gave my CC for a deposit, but it hasn't yet been run. Once the car is officially released and all of the numbers are in the system, I should be good to go.

Word of advice: triple-check your order with what they receive. My order was corrected 3 times before I had the dealer cancel the order and start from scratch. Aside from the exterior color, nothing ever matched correctly to what we had ordered.

Because I never listen to music in the car and only very occasionally (maybe ½ dozen times per year) talk radio. Most of what I need from car speakers is phone calls and GPS directions. The Burmester high-end would be completely wasted on me.

Nice build! If I were to build mine over, I would take out the soft-close doors. Totally not needed since the doors are so heavy, and even the smallest push closes the door.
