I watched the YouTube video of the engine assembly. Very meticulus!
Many years ago I went to a Ford engine assembly plant in Windsor Ontario. My father was the sales rep for the company that supplied Ford with the water pump used on the 302 V8 engine. They discovered that some of the water pump castings were leaking so the company mobilized a task force to go to the factory and pressure test all of the water pumps before assembly on the engine. The company (Airtex supply) came up with a jig that allowed the casting to be mounted on. The outlet hose nipple was sealed while air was blown into the intake hose nipple. Using soapy water, the seam where the leaks were occurring were observed. My brother and I were pressed into duty because it was the weekend and because of the magnitude of this project, all hands on deck. We returned to the factory on Monday and got to see the engine assembly line in action. We also got to obsevere the initial start-up of the engines. They were basically suspended by 4 chains during start-up. Crazy scene especially when you would get an engine with a timing issue. The engine would swing, buck and backfire. Quite scary to the untrained eye. This was a far cry from the YouTube video showing the AMG engine being assembled by hand, but none the less, very interesting.
also looking to get rid of the speed limit notifier. I don’t need the car continuously telling me I am speeding. That’s why I have a wife!

Intresting that it shows the Interior illumination but not the newer version of it (with the moving lights). Of note it does make a distinction on the sound system though!
