From RS6 C7.5 900bhp to E63S Edition 1 1000+ bhp?
Atm i own a hybrid turbo RS6 C7.5 with around 900-950hp on high boost, 800-850 low boost. The setup i have now is: Turbosystems Stage 2+, Aquamist WMI, upgraded HPFP and LPFP, intakes, catless downpipes etc. Was going for 1000+ with the air to air intercoolers that are coming now, but i think im going to sell it for a couple of reasons. The RS6 feels very dated interior wise. I just bought a 2018 SQ5 for my wife and while its not a E63 it still feels WAY more modern then my RS6. Exterior wise i still love the car but the interior is really making me want to sell the car.
Another reason is that i need to spent a lot more money to reach 1000+ bhp, and probably i still would hate the interior and sell the car lol. Better to just switch platforms and proceed.
When i was in Dubai last year i rented a stock E63S Edition 1. Never forgot that car. Even stock the car sounded really good. I can only imagine what it will do with a catless downpipes and maybe front resonater delete. Also it feels so modern and unique interior wise. Loved the bucket seats, the ambient lightning, the carbon etc etc. Only thing i didnt like was the infotainment system, but maybe i just needed more time. It felt kinda slow and i would really prefer a touchscreen. Maybe it would be possible to do a touchscreen retrofit from the current E-class?
Anyways. The big goal is obviously to make the E63 faster then my RS6. I did some research and obviously it is possible since i already see multiple cars with better 100-200kmh times then my current RS6 on high boost (5.2 seconds). I would be happy with a 4.9x 100-200kmh....faster would offcourse be better.
The setup i have in mind is below:
-TTE1050 or Pure1000 turbo's
-Aquamist WMI (can use it from my current RS6)
-Catless downpipe
-Blackboost intake
-ECU, TCU and CPC tune
-spool performace HPFP??? (is this needed if i dont run any E85?)
Am i forgetting anything that i need to reach my power goals?
Lastly i have questions regarding the driveshaft and turbo lag. In the RS6 the driveshaft was a very weak link. How is this with the E63S? Will it take launches easily at a high power level?
Regarding turbo lag, the RS6 had some very noticable lag after installing the TS2 turbo's. How is the turbo lag on the E63S with hybrid turbo's? Will it be less noticable because of the way the M177 engine is made (hot v)?

He will be your best bet to answer those questions.
You will need all the hardware you mentioned above, including the spool pumps to safely make the power, regardless whether you are running ethanol or not.
Are you in the USA or Canada?
PTG-1000 Turbos or equivalent from Pure
Meth injection kit,
SPOOL performance LPFP and HPFP
ECU E40 tune, TCU tune and CPC module/tune.
Intakes
Catless downpipes.
E63inthe613's car recently had all these mods done and he posted a 5.16 60-130mph draggy video. Insane, there are also a few cars running around with similar mods that do 9.7-9.8 in the 1/4 mile consistently.
That's it.
I can't imagine adding that much power and expecting the drivetrain to have any real longevity.

Such a sick car, no OPS, no rev limiter, insane car all around. Legendary.
