After a good hard drive a few days ago I can smell anti-freeze inside my garage. No leaks I can see or spills so wondering if it could just be an out gassing issue from coolant expansion as I have noticed this before but seems to be more prevalent this time, perhaps the colder air temperature and closed garage doors. Anyone else experience this?
Thanks,
Peter

I get that smell too. No issues, no leaks. I just ignore it. I also have the "steamy lower radiator" issue which is also nothing apparently.
I had that smell and some smoke at one time. They had to replace a pump behind the bumper.

I occasionally get it, but what is more frequent is a hot oil smell. Dealer says it is normal and the car doesn't burn oil - or at least I've never had to add any between services.

2018 GLS 450 @ 73k miles bought it used @ 59k non MB dealer. smell was there back then and still get it sometimes, no visual leaks, I guess it's normal.
I get it ocassionally on my 2021 E63s. It seems to be on days that it is hot outside when driving. No leaks anywhere, apparently just fumes from the sytem. I did notice that the engine temperature on these runs quite high and the dealer assured me that is the normal temperature. No explanation from them on why I'm smelling it.

Yeap. Smelled it just the other day again. I remember it being like David Bogle said, “don’t worry about it.”
But it is annoying.
