Wow so no performance seats (still) but no Burmester 3D option either?? They've really stripped out my favorite options.

I submitted my order last week…not holding my breath…got a lot further in the process with my 2022 order and ended up with an All Terrain.

The sedan allocations are going to be very limited since W213 production ends in March or so. Probably will have better luck getting an S214 since wagon production is extended into Q3 23.

E63S Wagon
The dark grill was made part of the Night Package in 2021. The dash cam option is related to the delay of the augmented VR for the nav system which is delayed also. I wonder if the options will be constrained again. Also, what is the relation of the 2023 wagon to the Final Edition version? Confusing to say the least. Good luck with your order.

3D has never been available in the wagon due to subwoofer issues, which is a shame.

It can't help the 2021 market, but the degree to which it affects it will depend on how many allocations are made available (guessing not many) and by how much the dealers mark them up (I'm guessing by a lot).
Shucks, was beginning to like the idea of having a final model year wagon (2021) after selling my 2020, ordering a 2022, having it canceled, and almost not being able to find a 2021 that was close to what I ordered (took over a year). What a fiasco... In hindsight it's frustrating because I was really looking forward to ordering exactly what I wanted for my favorite car of all-time, but got robbed of the opportunity. Not sure I could go through all that again but feel kind of shafted by the whole situation. Blargh. Limited dealer allocations and big markups will hamper another attempt anyway. I already spent a fortune getting the whole thing wrapped in PPF, window tint, and doing preventative maintenance (oil and rear diff fluid changes) as well. Oh well, first world problems, at least I have one and I love the car.
