2019 E63s audio issue (cutting out and in)
Hello! Picked up a 2019 E63s earlier this year and been loving it so far.
Up until yesterday I've been experiencing some audio issues. It seems to cut to only one speaker for a brief second at very low volume, then continue playing throughout the rest of the speakers. It was perfectly normal before, could this be an amp issue?
I tend to full volume my music since I enjoy loud tunes, so I wonder if that could be the cause after awhile.
Tested it through carplay, bluetooth, and radio to make sure it wasn't due to my phone as well.
The car does have the 3d surround sound upgrade.

Hopped in my car and had to show them myself what was wrong with it. Planning to a date to reschedule for them to take a proper look at it since I would need a loaner.
Ridiculous lol, waited 2-3 hours and it was as if they didn't bother checking the actual issue... not sure what they even did.

Brought it to the dealer today and they basically said that they found nothing wrong, and threw no codes.

If you did can you let me know what you did? Im having the same issue with the same sound system but my E63 s is 2018.

However for me after a good week it went away. I'm going to assume it something got wet after my trunk was opened during the rain.

Once they replaced the speaker it functioned perfectly normal, so if you’re having the same issue make sure they check every single speaker.
