Hello! Picked up a 2019 E63s earlier this year and been loving it so far.
Up until yesterday I've been experiencing some audio issues. It seems to cut to only one speaker for a brief second at very low volume, then continue playing throughout the rest of the speakers. It was perfectly normal before, could this be an amp issue?
I tend to full volume my music since I enjoy loud tunes, so I wonder if that could be the cause after awhile.
Tested it through carplay, bluetooth, and radio to make sure it wasn't due to my phone as well.
The car does have the 3d surround sound upgrade.
Thanks in advance! I have a video attached as well using the radio.

I had a similar issue with my W212 E63. It ended up being a software issue with the amp. You may need to take it in to get it checked out.

Brought it to the dealer today and they basically said that they found nothing wrong, and threw no codes.Originally Posted by arcticfox

Hopped in my car and had to show them myself what was wrong with it. Planning to a date to reschedule for them to take a proper look at it since I would need a loaner.
Ridiculous lol, waited 2-3 hours and it was as if they didn't bother checking the actual issue... not sure what they even did.

Did you ever end up finding a solution to this? I’m having the same problem. Dealer diagnosed it as a faulty Burmester amp, spent almost $3000 for a replacement, and it’s still doing the exact same thing. Now they want to charge me to diagnose it again. Originally Posted by whysolavish

By any chance did the problem go away? Or did the problem get resolved by Mercedes?Originally Posted by BrandonW

I did take it to mercedes and they weren't able to find a fix, and offered to replace few things.Originally Posted by bragaa

However for me after a good week it went away. I'm going to assume it something got wet after my trunk was opened during the rain.

May I ask what they offered to replace? I haven’t got it checked out yet but I’m trying to narrow down the options of issues it may have l. Originally Posted by whysolavish

Turns out it was a faulty sub that was causing the amp to cut in and out. I had to them to check all the speakers originally and apparently they didn’t. Originally Posted by bragaa

Once they replaced the speaker it functioned perfectly normal, so if you’re having the same issue make sure they check every single speaker.
