Also important thing to note this occurred under normal driving in COMFORT mode, no spirited driving at all, no race starts none of that just easy driving

call ahead to the dealer it's going to at benz and discuss your concerns and even as to sit down with a service agent and master tech if possible - they'll bill chevy whatever they want so if you all think things are recommended then that's what needs to happen.

So obviously he didn't even check everything out and she said something to him when I left, I didn't get to look under the hood when I was there to see if he topped fluid levels off because car was locked and they had the key. This whole thing has been a complete joke, no one cares in my eyes they're just trying to fix this for as cheap as possible. I doubt she told him anything about getting transmission fluid changed or coolant changed after this whole overheating, which in my eyes they should. I doubt they're going to unless I press extremely hard for them to because they're affiliated with and are trying to do this while spending as little as possible....
After I got that message from MB service manager I sent the manager a text about asking the technician to check the the oil separators and not doing it because they had to wait 3 days for them to arrive. And that if they're not replaced the RMS is going to fail again. After that didn't hear anything from them. Tried calling service manager close to closing time and no answer. That's where were at now, car has been in the shop for a total of 5 weeks my whole ownership. If my state had a used car Right to Return policy I would've returned this weeks ago.

I would keep the car at the MB dealer until you are confident it is sorted. For me this would mean a test drive (you driving) on the highway followed by a long idle (20-30 minutes) in the dealer parking lot. Then open the coolant system and re-top up. Assuming this doesn't flag any issues, bring it home and keep an eye on temps and the coolant level.
