Purchase an inflatable spare and stand it up on the right side of the cargo area. Put it into a tire bag and secure it with elastic straps. The tire can be inflated using the tire fit compressor. Look online for a wheel assembly that will clear the CCB calipers.

I have a feeling if they could have they would have. I've only taken a cursory look, the trunk seems packed with air tank stuff.
When I travel solo North to ABQ or soon East to Georgia I carry Stock Wheel with RFT, real jack, breaker bar, and torque wrench. Since bought dedicated Mercedes Forged Wheels with DWS06+ all season tires, I pretty much have 4 real spares with runflat tires. When I get to family back in the World in Athens GA, Reston VA, and Long Island clear out the emergency tire stuff temporarily if space is needed locally. A few years back had a blowout just west of Pecos Texas in Honda CRZ. Even after putting on Donut and driving 20-miles back East to Pecos the local tire shops did not have a replacement tire for the CRZ in stock. They catered to Pickups and Big Rig Oilfield Traffic. Drove the last 250-miles back to NM home at 55mph on the Donut. Also carry a Gransfors Brux small Forest Axe since missed a few Tornadoes that cross I-20...besides downed trees, carnage includes cars lifted off the ground like toys and finally landing not always right side up.
Will a stock front tire/wheel work on the rear in a pinch?
With my W212 I'd put the spare on, as soon as I made it back home I'd swap the appropriate winter or summer wheel on to have a full size tire again. Then drop of the broken rim/tire to get fixed/replaced, swap back on when done. Many of my issues were bent/cracked cheap winter wheels of which I always had a spare ready to go. This time 'round I'm using official Mercedes forged winter tire package, so, maybe I won't need all the spare tire ****ery this winter.

No way José. It will be hard enough to stow the toolkit that you bought. However, standing the spare on the side in the cargo area is not too much of a reduction of space.
Tucked her away last night, woke up today with a flat tire! Right rear. Weird. Oh well, I got to drive the W212 again to work. Hah. Tonight I will throw the snows on and have that rim/tire looked at... which means any more cold air 60-130 runs will be on snow tires until the spring.
3,000 miles and in true E63 fashion already a rim/tire issue. LOL! I wonder what it is. My guess ran over something and slow leaked overnight. Bugger. Now I am even more nervous about driving around without a spare. I do not have good tire luck. I just may have to buy that one linked a few posts back and keep it in the cargo area. Or maybe strapped to the roof! Will it fit in a carrier... hmmm
That same link says it's fine if you get it professionally patched but if you're worried on those track days then a few hundred for a new tire should put your mind at rest.

Hmmm, that makes me think. I guess it also depends on the TV? The thickness of the TV itself and the box or the main thing is how thick the bezels are of the 85 inch and hopefully the box is smaller as a result. Last but not least, how tall the driver is and how forward can your seat set towards the steering wheel before squishing the driver. ... Oh and it better not be a passenger in the front.
So today I was washing out the garbage bins with chlorine so they won’t smell in the garage over winter. I splashed on my pants and within seconds had them running in the wash.
Then later went to move the car back inside. Whoops! The key was getting washed.
I thought that was that. But I was surprised to see it stayed dry on the inside and still works! I have no idea how. Winning!
