Quote: you sure about that? that would give it some serious massive area to filter even if it is OEM level of filtering which would be GREAT!
One large filter with lots of “plenum”

I second that emotion regarding the A300 and inquiry about the cost.

Is there a sound change of the intake air?

Nice looking piece.

I won't know for a while - my car is at the dealer getting fixed https://mbworld.org/forums/w213-amg/...ml#post8838959

As for cost, no idea I guess I will just keep washing the filter. One thing does concern me though - is the level of particulate it filters compared to stock paper - how do I find that out? It would suck to have unneeded engine wear for 20 extra HP... I am second guessing even running this if the rest of the car is staying stock.

that is the nature of the beast More HP from a filter = less filtration.

no aftermarket power adders will filter as good as the OEM "paper" pleat.

It will be less filtration guaranteed. High performance air filters naturally have less filtration as a trade-off for better air flow. Not sure to what DEGREE it is different though, which is what you're asking. I'd love to know as well.

Now you need to buy the emergency triangle. It fits under the cargo mat on its own space. The toolkit needs to go to the right of the air compressor canister below the tirefit stuff.

I was reading the PDF ordering guide on the AMG Coupe and realized…

…our cars are pretty flipping awesome! I’d basically be getting my car with less space and add in four wheel steering.

No
So the toolkit is kind of useless unless I get a ride to patch or fix the tire I just took off, or go home and back picking up the appropriate corner winter tire to swap out for a summer vis-a-vis temporarily.

It is concerning to me, as I used my W212 spare a whole bunch of times.

I’ve been thinking of spare options, has anyone figured anything out? There’s just no room.

Purchase an inflatable spare and stand it up on the right side of the cargo area. Put it into a tire bag and secure it with elastic straps. The tire can be inflated using the tire fit compressor. Look online for a wheel assembly that will clear the CCB calipers.

I recently patched a tire on my Range Range for the first time and it was easier than I imagined. Store a tire patch plug kit plus can of fix a flat. Of course, these won't work 100% of the time due to severity and location of puncture but better than nothing.

Also, Milwaukee makes a small battery-operated tire inflator. I'd keep something like that stored in the car as well. I recommend the M12.

Can't leave Wagon stranded on side of the Road outside of Civilization.
When I travel solo North to ABQ or soon East to Georgia I carry Stock Wheel with RFT, real jack, breaker bar, and torque wrench. Since bought dedicated Mercedes Forged Wheels with DWS06+ all season tires, I pretty much have 4 real spares with runflat tires. When I get to family back in the World in Athens GA, Reston VA, and Long Island clear out the emergency tire stuff temporarily if space is needed locally. A few years back had a blowout just west of Pecos Texas in Honda CRZ. Even after putting on Donut and driving 20-miles back East to Pecos the local tire shops did not have a replacement tire for the CRZ in stock. They catered to Pickups and Big Rig Oilfield Traffic. Drove the last 250-miles back to NM home at 55mph on the Donut. Also carry a Gransfors Brux small Forest Axe since missed a few Tornadoes that cross I-20...besides downed trees, carnage includes cars lifted off the ground like toys and finally landing not always right side up.
