Mbrace Internet outage coming up on a week?
Anyone else's on board wifi still not working?
Mbrace support says there is a "nationwide outage" - this has been going on for almost a week here.

so what part? the hotspot connectivity or the Mercedes Connect/Mercedes Connect Me portion to remote lock/unlock car?
if it is the Me portion, that is probably server maintenance but i highly doubt for a week.

Connecting to the hotspot in the car is solid - it is the connectivity to the Internet.
Hotspot Status often sits at "Connecting..."
Of course I am current on the sub - Mbrace customer service were who indicated there is an outage. I wanted to see if from other folks if their connectivity is spotty as well.

My Internet connection has been out in my car for three months. And my local shop has no idea what to do, and Mercedes Me keeps giving them the cold shoulder.
Frustrating.

Mine has been out for about 2 weeks. The first two customer service reps denied a systemic outrage when I suggested that might be three problem and they made me reset my own system to no avail. The third yesterday admitted to a systemic problem, and stated that Mercedes cannot seem to get it working again and had no ETA for a fix.
