Looking a purchasing a 2021 E63 wagon - need pricing help
I am looking at buying a 2021 E63 wagon. Does anybody have access to Manheim data on what these are transacting for? Kelly Blue Book, Cars and Bids, and Bring a Trailer are all over the place; obviously, accident history, build specs and color combo make a difference. Any input is appreciated. Thanks all.

go fast grocery getter wagon
May not relates to US market … but a 2021 E63s wagon in Canada with 12,000 miles (20,000km) has a projected wholesale value of $100,000 Cdn or equivalent to $75,000 US. (Non CCB. It retails for around $120,000 Cdn or equivalent to $90,000 US.

Traded my Selenite Grey 2021 $122K Spec without CCBs for $95K in May. I added front PPF and Lifetime Ceramic Coating. With 18K miles, NM Dealer tried to sell it for $106K. After a month on market they dropped price to $100K. Included extra set of Forged Wheels with dedicated DWS06+ All Season Tires. Car just needed Service B at 20,000 miles.

Mine is a 2021 with 22k miles and mostly loaded other than CCBs and carbon fibre package and I was offered $90k two weeks ago while contemplating a trade in. I was told that 80-85k was the “sweet spot,” whatever that means. 80k seems low to me and 90k felt acceptable.

I will be careful with pricing meaning over paying
traditionally wagon has held better value than equivalent sedan version because they were rare and no competition
the past couple of years Audi brought to the states the RS6
and BMW is bringing the new M5 wagon to the states
I am not here to start a debate about how these cars compare and which one is better
but I do believe that RS6 and M5 will take some demand off the MB and thus depreciation curve might become similar to the sedan

I’m super curious to see how the BMW will sell. The RS6 is eye candy, but that BMW is bloated and looks like a souped-up Toyota Camry, at least based on images. And funny enough, it’s actually slower than the F90 M5 based on recent footage that’s been uploaded. It’s clear that all that extra power they’re marketing it with was meant to compensate for the bloat they’ve added with the battery pack. That being said, I will give them some credit because unlike Mercedes they’re still giving their customers options ie., a V8 engine, a wagon and useable battery only range etc. Mercedes could stand to learn something from their fellow German kin.
MB, Audi , Porsche are not as aggressive in lease subsidy
so personally , I have had a bunch of cars from all the Germans
The weight of the new M5 is not appealing , so I am probably going to pass
but I am a sucker for a good deal
if I get offered a 140 k M5 sedan/Wagon for 1k ish a month , I will certainly pull the trigger
and use as an extra cruiser as I usually keep two daily drivers in the garage

FWIW, a log of all W213 wagons I keep is below. (I have very few 2021s with price and mileage.) Went with all years as, to some extent, wagons hold their value and mileage is the major parameter affecting price. Yes, I know this is gross oversimplification, but trying to contribute what I have. So, FWIW...
