Looking to get a full exhaust system installed but don’t want valvetronic because it’s stupid overpriced and it seems no one on the east coast of the USA installs akrapovic. You guys lmk.

'Best' is rather subjective. I have an AWE on my car and I like it.

I’ve heard rather good things about AWE might look into seeing if anyone around me would install it. And I wasn’t looking for a concrete answer on what’s the best, just want peoples thoughts and opinions on different companies and experiences they’ve had. I might not even change the exhaust out the sound is great and it’s loud already just want more pops. Might end up just removing cats and keep stock PE

Stock PE plus catless downpipes sounds amazing. No need to do anything else unless you enjoy overspending.

I think I’ll just end up doing this so I can retain the stock valve button too. I don’t want some remote that I know I will lose in 5 days😭

In hindsight, this is what I should've done. Catless, or HFC w/ an valve control module (beyond what the PE provides) will likely give you the sound you want. FYI - you can program the remote functions to your Homelink buttons on your rearview mirror. No more having to worry about lost fobs.

Just wondering what did you end up going with? Also that’s really helpful to know about the rearview mirror buttons thank you!

I have an AWE setup. Stock cats, going to try out the Renntech EVM.

May end up selling my AWE, going back to my stock PE exhaust w/ EVM and high flow cats.

Lots of acronyms lol.

This. Catless downpipes with stock PE exhaust and with the valves deleted.
