My next plan was to disable the start/stop to remember last setting following this post from here,
Went all thru the steps and found the correct section, but instead of the other post where it says "Select and change value to “Stop-Start Default Logic, Last Mode”,
Mine says -
Is "Load" just a spelling mistake for "Last" and this is the correct line as per the instructions?

These cheap scanners writers programmers scare me. Spelling mistakes maybe the tip of the iceberg on coding mistakes?

I did the code change a few days before I did the idiot radio stuff up.
It workes as it should, turn it off, it stays off thru multiple ign restarts.
Turn it back on, it works as factory intended.
So yes it was just a spelling mistake, either from factory or the chinease scanner.

nice glad it worked out in the end. Thank you too to the other forum member for pointing out the function and how it was spelled incorrectly.
