for various reasons I'm contemplating selling my very much loved '19 E63S and I was hoping to get some opinions . . . car has a bit over 100,000 miles which is quite a bit and that will definitely hurt the resale value but I'm trying to determine what a reasonable number would be as its still an AMG. I'm also contemplating private party vs. trade in where the value obviously would be somewhat lower but it likely would be much easier to do. I've looked at NADA, Blue Book and the numbers are very similar but I am not convinced those would be realistic numbers. But maybe they are?

For any member to provide you with a valuable response you're going to need to provide a bit more info about your vehicle. Year and mileage only goes so far.

Thanks for providing that info. I'd say high 30s / low 40s if sold privately.

Is it a wagon or sedan? And have the RMS/OVS issues been resolved with new part numbers?

Hard to find comps with that high mileage but anything close is gonna max out at around $40k.. e.g this recent RNM auction for a prior year but with 20k fewer miles https://carsandbids.com/auctions/9XM...mg-e63-s-sedan

you might be able to fish for mid $40s if it is still a good clean interior and no mods.

Condition is a very big factor. If selling private I would spend the money on a full detail, including ceramic coating along with PPI and fix the wheel and paint blemishes. A properly sorted car that appears to be well taken care of with a documented trail of maintenance is key. Could be the difference between 30K and 40K.

front end has received PPI from new but there are a couple of spots needing attention in addition to wheel refinish & rear bumper paint repair . . .
