Weistec tune for my CLS63
Just visited Weistec Engineering and added their Performance tune, filters and plugs to my 13' CLS63. Man, what a transformation. Still drives like stock around town, but an absolute beast when on the gas. Best dollar for HP i have invested, and trust me i have "invested" many a dollar over the years in a number of cars.
If your a SoCal local and have no more than an hour, stop by for this transformation (and impressive facility tour) or contact them to overnight your ECU which they can turn around the same day.

Ugh just when I think I am satisfied with the car stock, I read one of these threads...
That's a beautiful CLS. Where did you get the clear side marker lamps ?

I just had my car tuned by RENNtech and I will concur, this car needs to be unleashed. After a tune, its completely civil when around town and scary fast when needed I suggest everyone tune their Bi-turbo's. Its a new world

I'm coming up on 1,000 miles myself. Has anyone tuned a S model ? It obviously comes with a (very) conservative factory tune. Obviously there will be less to gain from the tune compared to a non-S vehicle.

Thanks for the Ebay tip, ordered a set for just over $50 and seller has already shipped them! There are smoked ones available too for those with black or grey cars, I got the clear form my matte white CLS.

2013 CLS63 LSD
Hello guys, I have a 2013 CLS63 with Renntech ECU tune, I also changed the spark plugs and droped in the BMC air fillters. The car is a beast, dyno's at 589whp and 622trq. I was wondering about upgrading the OEM differential to the limited slip one. Would really appreciate any advice.

That's awesome numbers, were you running race fuel? Did you do a pre tune dyno, if so what were your base #'s. Also does your CLS63 have a LSD, I was told that makes a difference in how much power the wheels put down. Anyway enjoy the car, sounds like a beast.

The difference between you two Renntech tune guys is one is on 93 octane (Florida) and the other is 91 octane (California), so I would assume the 93 octane tune has a little more ignition timing giving the bump in performance.

Just an ECU tune, not a RennTech dyno tune, running 93 octane and yes my car has the LSD.
