sorry i don't understand this. you ordered it on nov 7th and the actual order did not ship til 12th?? What was the problem?? Were you able to get a tracking no?? Never experienced this before and i've ordered from them before too!

Yes, the order shipped on the 12th (5 days after the order) and yes they sent me tracking numbers.
I guess I was asking why it takes them 5 days to ship something that is in stock.
After checking on the tracking numbers (4), my items have already been delivered to various parts of the country.
when I called today, they told me to "give it a few day". What good will that do if they have already been delivered?

We do get quite busy this time of the year due to the extremely high demand for winter wheels and tires. While 5 days does seem like a long delay 2 of those days were the weekend when UPS and FEDEX do not even pickup their trailers which are loaded here. Sorry for the delay and I'm sure that you will be recieving your products very soon.

I try to contact Luke thru the e-mail but I guess he is busy get ready to be a dad. I call him 2-3 times he call back and I miss it. I call him leave the message but no return call. So I end up order my Carlsson 1/5 from tire shop in town.

It took mine four days to ship. I checked the status of it twice a day and the availability kept changing from already in stock to a future date ETA. I can understand your frustration if you work in a world class manufacturing company, their operation didn't feel smooth.
However, after dealing with tires.com, tirerack wasn't bad at all. It took a total of 8 days for mine to arrive from the day of order and the anticipation of it just made the wheel and tire more endearing.
But and again it's been two weeks and I still haven't driven it.
