Brand Newish Glazed Rotors - CLK55 '05

I replaced my brakes 6 months ago. Rotors and pads for my 05 clk55 - rotors are slotted and drilled mercedes rotors and EBC redstuff pads. My brakes are pulsating now and the shop tells me that my rotors are glazed over and warping. Because of the slotting, they cannot machine the rotors. Any advice on what I can do to remedy this problem without having to buy everything again?
