19" wheels with +32 offset
will 19" +32 offset fit on my 2002 c240??

Here, chack out my Brabus replics 19 x 8.5 front with 32 offset. The rears are 9.5 with 36 offset. They do not stick out. It is almost flush with the fenders.

thanx for the pix on the link. it looks just perfect. but how come on the link it says that you have 42 offset in the rear and 38 in front??

That is before adding the the 6mm spacers. Hence 42-6=36 and 38-6=32. When adding spacers, you are reducing the total offset number and pushing the wheel outwards from the mounting hub.
