Tire Rack ?
It appears from your ads that Michelin Pilot Sport's are no longer available in 245 40 ZR 17, standard equipment in most MB 17" AMG /sport packages. Michelin did the same thing a few years ago when the Pilot Sport came out to the MXX3 pilots and forced people needing just rears to buy all four tires. What gives?
Thanks
Thanks

depends on the weather
they are currently on back order and only available through a "consumer hold status" which is a fancy industry term meaning almost of of the production of those tires is going directly to Mercedes and if you need 1 or 2 we can special order them from Michelin but, I would need the VIN from your car to verify that they are the OE tire on the car

Michelin is not phasing them out from what they tell us .... but, the PS II is a better performing tire .... If a tire is an OE tire it must be made for 6 years after it is spec'd as the original equipment tire
