Your offset should be in the mid 30mm I believe. I had a CLK 430 w/the wheel sizes you are asking about and the offset was 32mm on both front and rear without rubbing. Tire sizes were 235/35/19 on the front, 265/30/19 in the rear. I hope that helps.

piece of junk.well not really-just want people to think that.
it all really depends on how extreme you want to go.if you just want go with with average, then yes 32-35 is correct..if you want to go VIP style, go 28-30 and stretch the tire..275 on the back of that car is too too wide.the fenders wont take it,and the tire will be really thick sidewall like a NASCAR.i can say this because i've tried it.

not really true. because i got a set of brabus mono V 2-pc with 275/30/19 on the back, and THEY NEVER RUB at all. but the offset on the front was too high, i gotta used 10mm spacer.

i love how car forums are all about whos right and who wrong and always trying to outsmart each other with whos made things possible.but one little thing about this, brabus told me that all their wheels are on the adaptor system.just like lorinser i guess.
so with that mind,if someone has put a 10 inch wheel on that back of that car, that means the wheel started off as a higher offset and was brought down to a lower offset using the adaptor plates.so really, yes a 45mm ET 10inch wheel would work on the back with no problems.but when you start adding the plates,it makes it too aggressive.
so in another words,if you really want that 10inch wheel on the back, you need what they call a wheel with a thin mounting pad.the problem is,not everyone makes a wheel like that.brabus does, but they really expensive.i've actually had that same brabus wheel too on my CLK,and it was 19x10 with ET45,and it had NO lip at all.the wheel was totally flat face,BUT yes it did go on the car, tire scrubbed for about 15 days but took them off right away and bought lowerharts instead.i believe the car and wheel is still on this forum if you look under my name.
thanks for reading.that was long
