Do some research, I don't know.
Clearing calipers wise, no issues with the spacers.
I had these on my 05 E55, the spacers needed are included with the wheels.

Instead of being snobby just search the CLK 16 set up a little 
Most of us that use them likely have no idea what any of the specs are on them just that they are probably 1 of 2 styles of 16" rim known to clear the real calliper and the preferred drag rim by many, many E55 folks due to being inexpensive, extreamly light, and again.... 16".
