Before I post this on swap a lease:
i am looking to "swap" my lease on the following:
2014 E63S
Black/Black with every option. (silver wheels)
6500 miles on the car ...adult driven, never beaten on, no accidents dings dents or scratches...
10k miles year so car has 29,500 miles left on lease
lease expires 02/17
car comes with full tire insurance and "minor damage insurance" from mercedes dealer (backed by allstate)
my payment is $1245 + tax per month.
I am throwing in an incentive of $5000.

You will need to be approved by Mercedes FS

Eric

$1245 + Tax currently?
You said throwing in $5000. Roughly 26 months left.
So $1052 + Tax roughly... OR $1245 including you kicking in $5K?

"Every option?"
As in every single option available? That's would be a massive MSRP.
Which exterior appearance package, night or CF?
CF Interior?
CF Engine cover?
Split view?
Rear side airbags and sunblinds?
Pano?
Comfort Box?
Rear Entertainment?
B&O Stereo?
CCB Brakes?
Maybe post a few pictures and an actual list of options on the car?

I also find it hard to believe it has every option. I hear the term a lot but when pics are shown it's missing something here and there. I will be the first to eat crow/humble pie if OP proves us wrong though.

And I didn't even come close to listing all the options. Just a sampling of the unusual and rare ones.
You can get to high $130's if you go all-in. Then you can climb up to the Designo menu. And if that's not enough, check with the folks at the AMG Performance Studio.

Scam?
That's a hella of a deal. To get down to a 1245 payment there must of been a huge down with cap reduction plus money to the buyer. Seems fishy, really fishy no matter what the sticker

Not every single options on the list but some of them.
$106k MSRP is what I call the base price. I guess you didn't get any discount off MSRP on your deal?
When looking for a new car I almost pulled the trigger on an E63S (200miles) with a MSRP of $120k+ (every single options but the CCB) and was able to negotiate a lease deal of $1200 (incl tax) a month for 3y/10k miles with only $2k at signing. I passed on it as dealer was marking up the acquisition fees, color was not my first choice and I was in no hurry to buy a car.

No I'm talking about a 2014 E63S with 251 miles at the time (Sept).
Car is/was located in Florida. Funny thing is I think it is still for sale but by a different dealership for almost the price of new
