If you thought Mercedes-Benz wasn’t serious about its new pickup, then you clearly haven’t seen any of the promotional bits hyping up the October 25 unveiling.

A livestream countdown for the debut (to take place in Sweden) showcases everything from rugged off-road terrain to high-flying views of urban city streets, indicating that the new mid-size Mercedes truck will be built for a variety of different driving experiences.

According to Autoblog, the pickup is being touted as a “new kind of tough” for Mercedes-Benz. Rumor has it, the new vehicle will be named something like the X-Class, or perhaps GLT, with the entry model being powered by by a 2.3-liter four-cylinder diesel engine with 188 horsepower.

Reports also suggest that the new Mercedes pickup could make its official road debut by the end of the 2017. Although, it’s still uncertain whether or not the vehicle will be sold in the U.S. market.
