You Can Buy Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Unimog!
Occasionally, the sale of a celebrity-owned vehicle comes across our desks here, and with some mild interest we check out the advertisement, and then quickly get back to more important online activity, such as searching for useless electronics, or real estate in warmer climates. But when you’re presented with a Unimog, you drop all things and investigate.
This Unimog, owned by the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger, is a moment of enlightenment. Few examples of an owner matching their car fit better than this combo here. However, now someone of any physical prowess can own this monster, as it’s up for sale again, this time on eBay. Some of the details about this imposing beast are just as impressive as you would expect. The straight-six engine is a diesel, of course, displacing 6.4 liters and assisted with the help of a turbo, and it is nestled in the frame of what originally started out as a 1977 Unimog U1300 SE.
As you can see in the photos below, amazingly, they have managed to find a door large enough for it to fit inside a building. Where might you find this beast to take a peek in person? It’s in Texas, of course, where everything is bigger. If you were thinking California, I wont blame you though, as that’s where the Governator ruled. And perhaps it might end up in California some day, with all of that warm-climate real estate.
