2 questions
i have a 1986 190e 2.3 16 valve
first questions
the power seats only move a few ways the head rests dont move neither does the back rest ?? what could cause that?
second question i would much rather put in my own cd player then take it to best buy so would anyone happen to have any wire diagrams or know where i could find some for the becker grand prix cassette player??

just another question, i have looked at the evo3 body kits and im trying to buy one of the big square spoiler, if anyone can help me find one or even has one let me know!! thanks

You want to wire in a Tape deck from a grand prix? No! really? Why? Buy a new radio. You would need the wiring diagram from that stock radio out of the grand prix, and the wire diagram from the 190e and then it would still be trial and error. I dont even think the power will turn on. Im pretty sure the antenna wont fit. I see failure coming. I don't think its even possible without adapters and other things. Plus, with such an old car, its almost worth it to have bestbuy or CC install it because of the nation wide life time warranty and if they brake something doing the install they fix it.

WOW are you serious?????????????? What he said was that he needs the wiring diagram for the becker grand prix which is the name of the radio. NOT that its from a grand prix

ok so to clear things up i have an after market cd player i would like to put in i know the antenna will need an adapter and i dont care about radio thats why im putting in a cd player, so i need wiring diagrams for the stock cassette player in my 1986 mercedes benz 190e 2.3 16 valve can anyone help me find them!!??

Sorry about the other message, I just wasnt reading it right I guess. So you have an aftermarket radio. You need to wire into the MB? I dont have the wire diagram. Are the wires cut from the MB? If not, you might be able to get a Smart Harness from circiut city. That will plug right into the car and it will tell you what wire is for what speaker (~$15)
do you have 6 speakers? I think the 6 speaker system has the amp and the 4 speaker system does not. Im not 100% . I have the 6 speaker system and when I replaced my speakers my front dash had factory wires and my rear dash had aftermarket wires, My door speakers I cant seem to get to so I idnt replace those.
There is also a car audio section on the forum, check with them too.

its a four speakers system but the speakers are all wired retarded like instead of having it wired for front and back speakers its left and right sides but i have the cd player in now, i used the all data program at my old highschool, now i have to figure out how to get mt wires in and out of the trunk for my subs and amp in the trunk
