I am trying to use a LG enve3 and am having trouble, the puck is a #5878, the phone pairs correctly, but the phone book does not load to the command, and the phone has to be re-connected each time I get back into the car, It won't connect by itself. I have used this puck with the razor and Moto Q without any trouble. The system is Verizon. Can anyone help with this one? I have tried to search re: the Enve3 but can't find anything.
Thanks.
Philip

welcome to LG!
I doubt you will get it to work like you want, but go to a verizon store and tell them you are having trouble pairing! they should be able to help you.

LG phones and the puck just do not mix. I have never been able to get a LG to download the address book. Never had a problem getting it to connect/pair, but just no address book. Looks like it might be time to upgrade.

When you say it might me time to upgrade, what do you mean? is there a newer puck that will work better? or which phone do you mean? the Env3 is the newest of the LG Env line I thought.???Originally Posted by Blk04cobra1

Having the same problem with my 2007 E-350. Cannot get the LG Env3 to connect or pair with my puck. Had not problems with the same car and puck with a Blackberry Pearl. The car will show the cell signal as 4 bars, then I try to place a call and its starts dialing. After a second or two "call no possible" shows up on the car screen. Can't make any calls with it. Talked to Verizon who gave me a software upgrade on the phone, but still doing the same thing. Not sure what to do next? Any thoughts?

Read the compatibility post, #6 at https://mbworld.org/forums/audio-ele...ml#post2788377 For newest information on phone compatibility for your specific car, see the "vehicle compatibility" menu on the AWS home page - http://www.wireless4mb.com/Originally Posted by philip12

Fit the phone to the car, not the other way around.

Thanks for the reply. My phone of course isn't listed on the wireless4mb site. Was thinking of trying the Viseeo MB2 system. When I had my Blackberry things worked great except the echo through the speakers. This would also solve such problem. I did read a few threads that suggested the MB2 sys. worked well with their Env3. Any thoughts?

Yes. Contact Viseo and ask them.
