sorry a latecomer to the thread so i apologize, but i just recently acquired my dad's 99 c230 kompressor (an upgrade from my 98 Passat) i managed to find a really good deal on some 19's for his ride and now i have his amg wheels at my disposal
problem im facing after reading thru this thread is they too are 18x8.5 (245/45R18) in fronts and 18x9.5 (275/40R18) for the rears...im assuming this rim/tire setup would not fit (not sure if this is a w202/203) but if i read correctly the wheels should be good to go with a smaller tire size? or am i better off not worrying about mounting these wheels and go with a different setup?? (in which case i guess i have a stellar set of amg wheels for sale)
kinda perplexing at the moment as i dont know which route to go so any input would be greatly appreciated in advance...sorry to threadjack as well
