H&R Springs
Hi fellas,
Just got done installing my H&R sport spring and the car looks great. The drop exceeded from what I was anticipating. I took some pictures of my car.
I'll post more once I get a better shot.

Thanks.
I had the original left mounted together with the sport springs. If I'm not mistaken, the oem one is a dot 3. we might have a different measurement for the pad. I'm not sure if that makes sense to you.
I tried dot 1 but it was too low that just a little bump on the road my tires would rub to the fender.

Thanks. I would love to do the spacer as many of my friends recommend.. but there's a big problem. If I do the spacer, It will hit my rear fender if I hit a bump or any ramp that is. What can you recommend?

Wow. What a deal.
You lowered your car just in time for heavy rains to flood the streets of your country over the past few days, no? (From what I saw in the news.)

Your right, it's rainy season here in my country and floods build up in some part of the country.
Luckily on where Im located, It doesn't really flood that much. Those places you see in the news are pretty far from where I live. I live in the capital but those places you see in the news aren't close to my city.
Usually city here that gets flooded pretty fast is the one near river banks. My city doesn't have any of those.

Thanks. I live off the U.S. and in my country labor is pretty cheap. Cost me just $30 for all the springs to be mounted. I had it done in a local shop nearby my place which specializes in MB.

Thanks. I really loved it Makes the car really look good and pretty much a head turner from where I'm from. Usually I see Honda's or any japanese car that has nice mods but just stares at the car. They all probably think how crazy I am to drop my car with our road conditions.

Is it true that wheel spacers can loosen your bolts on tires after some time?

I'm using the sport one so it's much lower than the standard lowering spring.
It was much lower when I used a dot 1 spring pad. I had a hard time driving it cause it hit the fender so much and ended up putting my OEM spring pad.

Not a problem, I'll go take a photo for you and upload it here. It probably depends on the spring. As far as I know H&R has two types of spring, one is lowering and the other is sports.(correct me if I'm wrong)

So when you guys are referring to spring pads, what exactly are you referring to?
And are the springs cut at all? That car is slammed for a standard drop from those springs! I wouldn't think the sport series from H&R would bring the car that low.

Spring pads are basically rubber fittings that sit on top of the spring. the pads range from #1 to #5, with 8mm starting at #1 and increments of 4mm each number above.
