H&R Cup Kit w/ 17's

I know that most people here hate the Cup Kit, but I wanted to know what peoples opinions were if the car had 17's on it. Everyone I know that hates the kit is running 18's and having problems. Is there anyone here that has this kit with 17 monoblocks or just stock wheels. Do you have any problems? What pad numbers are you using in the front and back? Did you even have them changed when you went to have it done? Thanks!

I'll go ahead and tell you now it's not going to be much different with 17's than it is with 18's. It's only half an inch difference from the ground to your wheel. Why don't you just go with H&R springs or something like that? At least if you have a problem with them someone here will be able to help. If I recall correctly, none of us have the cup kit so it's hard to say. Maybe someone does have the cup kit on club202 so maybe you should take Moe's advice and see what they say.

And Brandon, think about this, you probably will want 18's eventually right? So just go with springs and some bilsteins. I dont know about cupkit on 202 chassis. guys that have them on 203 chassis seem to say they are pretty soft aswell.-MOE

Up the butt? I don't fly that way.

If Moedigga was around more often he would see that we already told Brandon several times to just get the spring/shock combination. Next time I guess I'll put a cute little smiley face next to the word "NO" so you all will know that I'm only kidding.

Back to the issue, even though Moe and Me are arguing with each other we both agree that you will enjoy 18's more and just having the spring/shock combination instead of 17's and a cup kit.
