New Jersey service
-Catena in Edison was ok, but slow in getting the work done.
-Millenium in Bridgewater sucked...I knew more about my Coupe than they did, and had to bring instructions from MBWorld for turning off the auto volume on my Bose system...and they still screwed it up. I gave them a poor service report, but I didn't buy my cars there so it probably didn't matter.

Although usually it takes Morristown service department more than one visit to fix a single problem under warranty. The body shop is the worst, and unorganised place. A nightmare deal with Tony.
A cracked light is not under warranty regardless of the service center you use. True, a good service center may replace it for you to keep you happy, but I wouldn't give a shop a blemish just because they're not warranteeing something that is not included in the warranty.
I've had no problems with Prestige; have not tried anyone else nor taken my car in for bodywork from a dealership (though I'd strongly advise against using a dealership as a bodywork middleman on general principle anyway), though. As far as service, change your own oil and filter - takes 30 minutes and saves you a decent amount of money, and is idiotproof with the proper cheap equipment. These are c classes, not Ferraris.
BB only goes to Ray Catena because he wishes that he lived in Jersey. :p
