FINALLY - I am a W203 owner
2001 C270CDI station in silver ... lots of parts are alrwady on shelves and as soon as I am back from the upcoming US tour I will degrade the car - import it into the netherlands - and upgrade it a bit...most of the MB options are already there from factory though.
greetingz,
I can't wait to hear about all the interesting OEM upgrades you come up with (that you'll also be able to install in our cars too
So I take it in a matter of weeks, you'll have the most hooked up w203 estate out there.
).but yes - I do have some plans
drex, the station is not for family matters but for parts hauling...kind of sucks with the Vito on the autobahn...with a minor 140kmh max...

I can't wait to see who takes the title for the "Worlds Most Compact Maybach" between you and Sunman. Sunman is a bit in front with his conversion to a MOST ring.
I was corrected by a DC engineer when I called my wagon a W203, seems they call it a S203. Since we were taking some laps at Willow in a C55 with him at the wheel, I deceided not to argue. You know the Germans!

I will leave the most compact maybach status for Sunman...I am not planning to do that much...only the usuall necessary upgrades.
More pictures of the stock ride soon to follow.
greetingz,

That's quite amusing seeing as Mercedes does have Uxx codes. One of them is lock-on detect from a missile as used in the Presidential W211.
This wagon is way too fast to be driven in the Netherlands, where we aren't allowed to drive faster than 60 (!!) kms/hr on most secundary roads (used to be 80), and only a 120 kms/hr on the highways... If we are lucky that is, because there are quite a lot of sections where we are not allowed to drive faster than 100 kms/hr.
That sucks big time! D@mn government with their restrictions...
But it is a beauty to see, although I don't think it is really silver looking.
Oh... and I made a test drive today!!! :p
