Hate to bring this back up, but appearantly after the issue was confirmed with Arthur023 that it was a mistake on his part that he did nothing to correct the problem after telling me that he will take care of it with American Express to cancel the report he filed. My company has now just been chargedback by American Express of $649 which was the amount charged to his AMEX card for the remaining due on the group-buy wheels minus the deposit.
Email is sent to him just now. I'm hoping for a good news from him.
If anybody knows him personally, please inform him to check his email or reply on this thread.
thank you

There is no way this was an honest mistake. The card holder would have had to take the initiative and called in to file the dispute. Hope everything works out for you Frank.

Not solved yet.
He claims that his car completely broke down and need the money to fix the car? LMAO 2005's suppose to have warranty unless he got into an accident which he didn't say.

Hey Frank, Wasn't this dude from Jersey?
If I remember correctly he is from NJ somewhere in the hasbrook Heights area and I am currently in school very near that area. I'm pretty busy, but let me know anything I can do especially if he resides near me.

the rims been on his car forever...he's the guy with the white 2005 C230k. Just check the AMG style group-buy thread you'll see his pictures.
and yes he does live in NJ. how did you know caliboy?
anywayz, I contacted American Express. They're going to re-open the dispute case for us. The representative say with the information we have there should be no problem. The last time we sent the information they said because the number didn't match since on our invoice we forgot to note that $150 was already paid, so only $649 was due.

Way to make a thread about it,
The dip**** that mounted my HID lights mounted it directly to my ESP. My ESP supposedly fried and my dash completely malfunctioned along w/ the car. Hence my cars in the shop. Im a insurance broker and am not gonna claim insurance on it, and paying for 2 gs outta my pocket.
Ill send the rims back if you want.....simple and you keep the deposit.
Or just work w/ me thru an email not a THREAD. Childish.

with all the scams going over the internet, and frank not being able to reach you anyhow - reason enough to figure that you fooled him.
get your stuff together, man!
