first order from MBENZNL.COM
I am new to this forum and i have been looking everywhere for a retrofit bi-xenon head lamps. It didn’t take me long to find out who to go to! I am so excited! I sent him the check this afternoon after relaying emails back and forth for one solid day! Steve is a great guy, wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable! I cannot wait to get it!
Has anyone had troubles with their retro fit xenon head lamps before?
I thought I would share that with ya.
cheers!

I have been a member of this forum for a few years now and benznl is consistently praised in this venue.
When considering a w220 for myself, we exchanged a few emails and he was very knowledgeable. Good luck with your purchase!

Congrats on the purchase! I vouch for Steve and his installs, no question!
Very good guy and between He, Wanda (aka BigSis), and others that help on the MBenzNL team, they are great.
Only problem is, once you get one product from them, you start to want more and more until you find yourself scrounging for money just to buy something else from them!...LOL.

i am now saving for the folding mirrors, those look sweeeeeeet!
any idea if they auto focus to the ground when you put your car in reverse?
and while we are on the topic of mods, anyone have an ipod hooked up? i got my 30 gig video hooked up in my glove comp. 4 months ago and i wanted to know if there is any way to display the songs in the center console instead of the nav dash. and if not, could you make it scroll? the damn fonts are way too big! lol.

I have my 60G Ipod hooked up, and as far as i know there is no way to display the songs on the COMAND system or having the songs name scroll either. Both features would be great additions if Mercedes Benz could somehow integrate them.
What I do is I alter the names of my playlists to 10 characters or less, or make them something recognizable.
The benefits of having the Ipod integration kit definately outweigh the very minor inconviences.

yeah for sure! i love it! and it sounds great and i am **** about the way things sound too. i find that the video reactas a little slow at times and did freeze on me a few times. i have every family guy in there and even though i select "skip when shuffling" it still plays it and when it does (b/c of the size) it stalls.
do you have yours in the glove or arm rest? mine is in teh glove and i want to reloacte it to the arm rest so i dont have to reach over everytime i get in and out of the car and the passenger always needs to move. it can get annoying.

You guys with the new models can always get the ipod integration kit that allows the steering wheel controls and the dash display to shows titles, etc. Do a search, it has been covered many times.

MBenzNL Rocks!
You won't have any regrets with MBenzNL, Steve and Wanda are great to work with. If you get the opportunity to actually see Steve work, you'll be very impressed, probably to the point that his quality of work will surpass any of your own expectations. All I can say is you'll be a bit more hesitant next time you take your car to an MB dealership to have work done.
