Kleemann K-box what exactly does it do?
Here's a link to Kleemann's official description. http://www.kleemann.dk/site/E5F3CA27..._name=newsitem
The K-Box is an electronic recalibration device that greatly enhances both power and torque through the entire operating range of the engine.
It also shows that a 180 Kompressor engine stock at 143hp pushed to 193hp just by using K-BOX alone.
How does it achieve that?

My hunch is that it lowers the map voltage seen by the ECU... making it think that there is less boost in the motor... on the C180,C200 this makes the ECU use the stock electronic bypass valve (more aggressively because it thinks the boost is lower) providing the full 11psi (which is what the supercharger is geared to) into the C180,C200 engines
doing this same trick on a C230 would make boost come online sooner as the bypass valve is closed longer... and it would probably advance the timing in the low end a bit as well too ...
That's my hunch...
Wonder what other signal it also modifies...
