I already bought quad brabus tips and now looking for the muffler. I was thinking to go with eisenmann but i dont feel like welding the tips on the eisenmann since its not cheap. So i was thinking either borla or magnaflow to go with since its cheap. For flowmaster, its more suitable for american muscle cars.

I used to have MagnaFlow in my car, it actually sounds great, deep and throathy, downside is, it's bloody loud, my ears started ringing after few days thus why i took it off.

weltmeister rear dual look exhaust

Is this a good product?? I have been eyeing this for a while and thinking of doing it. Should I do this before lowing the car?

I got the rims 19 8.5 front and 19 9.5 rear Toyo proxes tr1

I have a 2005 c320 ss. I want to lower it but I think I am only going to do springs.

Should I do the springs before this mod or this first? I think that it looks bad ***

GGong5150 has it and it looks/sounds great! With that being said, you should still lower the car first to make your new wheel setup look its best. It's like reading a book...finish one chapter before moving on to the next.

1st priority is to drop.
and then do the exhaust.

or, if u can, do both at the same time

I don't think you wanna do this. When I first instaled Eisenmann Race, I had the resonator off. Then it was so loud tha I had to ask the shop to put the resonator back on.

By the way, I have the same problem as OP. The Eisenmann Race sounds super nice but it is really annoy in the 2k~3k RPM.

yes, it is pretty loud. one of the reasons why i didn't get one....still in the market tho for an exhaust. its pretty difficult to choose one when there's only brabus, lorinser, carlsson, eisenmann, supersprint, and remus.

Why not just go with the Eisenmann Sport Performance?

Btw all Eisenmann exhaust have a 500 mile break-in.

I was planing to put the Sport one in a M111 with pulley and hi-flow (cat+headers+piping).

In fact at first I want the brabus, but if the sound has to be like stock, I prefer give a try to the Sport with a not very loud sound (I expect).

Best Regards.

What is the problem that you are refering to? As for the idle it's a nice hum. On start up you hear the exhaust give a little rumble but afterwards it's just lower hum. While driving on the lower end of the RPM gauge it lets out a nice note.

Best Regards.

I dont notice any cabin noise. I don't think it's because I've had it for a while. I dont hear any comments from new passengers about it.

Then taking out the resonator gives a depper sound or a louder sound?

I thought the resonator was put to kill the high frequencies and only keep the low. If it's correct with the resonator you should have depper sound.

Best Regards.
