sounds great! upclose at least. Go for the reiger rear... i saw sexsphere sellin his!

Do you think you could make another video... from like 30 feet away? or describe the difference in volume 30-50 feet away?

keep up modding that thing!

the reiger rear should help the look of the exhaust because right now it sticks out too much. we'll wait and see what it looks with the kit put on.

if you still havent gotten an exhaust then go with Magnaflow, cuz i have it on my C320 and its sounds really good, I never get tired of it. Its sounds a little like the G35 coupe.

Weltmeister Exhaust

Hi Guys,

I have a questions for the ones that have experience with quad exhaust or Weltmeister Exhaust

I am looking to get it for my C230, but I remember Frank made a quad exhaust for his C32

My question is what is the lenght of the muffler can?

What is the inlets size?

Thanks

Ed

I have the Weltmeister Exhaust now. The custom dual exhaust was sold to Cappa26.

The exhaust canister is about 20 or less inch in length i believe.

I have been considering Weltmeister for some time. However, I think I am going to wait until I can afford to put a Carlsson quad exhaust on.

if you did get that exhaust wouldn't it affect the performance of your engine since you have a c230. i believe the back pressure is for a v6 like a c320 or a c32.

well it's the same for most name brand exhaust which really isn't design for anything particular in mind. For Brabus, Lorinser, or Carlsson they don't really have seperate exhaust that's design for the 1.8L or the V6s, and when they are bolted on it normally has minimal effect other than sound.

Frank can you please post a sound clip of your Welmeister Exhaust?? PLease Please! LOL i really need to hear this thing

How is the Welmeister Exhaust compare to your custom one? if i didn't remember wrong, you used the muffler from a BMW right? what do you think about a set of true quad exhaust made with Borla or Magnaflow for C32?

I looked at the Weltmeister website and only saw Porsche items. Is that what you are using?

In your opinion any of these mufflers C32 included will work fine on a 2.5 V6? All I want is a little improvement in the quality of sound, some performance would be nice as well if possible. Appreciate your opinion.

I can't wait to see your kit, I am going for the Braubus Kit but I am having a hard time making up my mind about the side skirts.

Mine rear still rubs, I see that you tuck you rears in did you shave that tab off?

that be a good choice. only thing you'll need to do is to cut the bumper for the exhaust tips.
