anyway, here she is, my new car. the previous owner didnt get a chance to wash it and i didnt get to it till today. I've had her since Wed. i kind of half ***'d the wax. but here it is anyway...


Sidenote - i am really going to miss the ol'230. IMHO i think the way i had the c230, looks wise, she was more pimpin' than the 55.

@rlee02135, thanks bud. i was actaully thinking about replacing the lights. i dont like the blk'd out look. i am also getting rid of the rear window and rear passenger side window tints. stock blue tint is my thing.

first mod is def. euroteck lip and deplating =)

is the difference big from c230 to c55 amg? a c230 will be sick if it had the c55 amg seats.

the look is similiar, yes, but the biggest difference is the performance. we're talking about a V8 362 hp engine here.

To clean the chrome tail pipes, I use the Eagle One Never Dull wadding product (make sure you use latex gloves when using this product as I would assume the chemicals are quite toxic). I'm not sure this is the right product to use for the tail pipes but it does work for me. I would definitely not use gasoline or any other benzene or solvent to clean the tail pipe. At most, use water and soap. I also plug the tail pipe with wax paper so that way I don't get water into the actual exhaust system (although small amounts will not hurt the vehicle in any way).
