Front passenger side mat?

The fiber optic connectors you need are in the trunk area. Are you trying to do something different? Even if you are, how will you run the 25 pin connector to the front of the car?

If you're trying to connect the Argos unit (not trying to do something different with it), you'll need to pull out your trunk liner, passenger side trunk wall liner, and you'll need to pull up the plastic plate in front of the spare tire. There are fiber optic cables you'll need to access in that area under the black plastic panel. (You'll need a torx bit to remove the tie-down loops in order to pull out the black plastic panel.)

I already checked the trunk, and was able to find the 25 pin connector and the other cable that hooks to ARGOS, but could not do the other step, which is getting ARGOS to be a part of the active loop, in the trunck i could not find RADIO IN or OUT , or even TEL in and OUT, so i was told to check the front passenger side floor mat, and there i found the SDARS IN & OUT (Satellite Radio connections), and also the TEL IN & OUT but all hooked together IN to OUT for both, which means both are dead connections ..... i can see nothing else

on my 02 C230K the light pipes were under the center trunk close out panel, where the voice module goes. Argos went into the rr side panel in trunk. Light pipes to radio head were not where they were indicated in the instructions. The connector for the head was tied back behind the radio. After the d2b ring was connected we found the steering wheel controls and cluster were not turned on. So basically it took two trips to the dealer to get everthing to sing. I decided to go with the voice module so I bought the box, installed it in the spot in the trunk and inserted the stalk. Did that job with no help from the dealer.

Only thing we found is the d2b needs to have a shorting block installed to program the car with the star computer. Only thing I find a little frustrating is the Argos will not connect to my phone if you jump in, start the car to warm it up and get out before it finds the phone. Sometimes first start of the day it wont find the phone...but I don't need to call anybody at 0600...

Have you updated the firmware on your phone? I have a Blackberry 7100t and I had problems connecting via Bluetooth. Now that I've updated to the latest firmware, I connect immediately when the ignition is started. In fact, the connection is so good that if my Blackberry is in my upstairs living room and I put the key into the ignition in the garage, the Argos still finds my phone and connects. Kind-of cool to be able to call from the garage and have the phone upstairs...
