On my c-coupe they broke my fog lamps and put a dent on my hood. @ seperate instances. but off course they said it wasnt their fault.
On my c32: curb marks on rims...and recently I had the transmission jerk problem so I had them look at it. At first they replaced my cooler cause it had a leak. It didnt resolved it so next they replaced torque converter (then it got resolved) but after three weeks when I got the car back I was washing it I noticed I was missing a bolt on my front wheels and the rest are loose, i just replaced the bolts didnt even complain because it was 3 weeks after. Then last weekend my transmission wont engage because the shift lever got disconnected to the tranny it seems like they forgot to put the lock pin back.
I dont think it has something to do with the service adviser, it has something to do with their techs.
My advise check your car before driving off...

Mark Adams is my SA..Anytime I have a prob, it gets taken care of right away. Recently I had my car washed and along the way the left taillight got broke. Got it fixed no questions. They still have to touch up paint chips though. Get the car washed there allthe time...and good coffee while you wait.

Thats cool I have no problem with the SA's but the techs who is working on our cars. In your case I guess the valet that drove your car that broke your taillight. The same as the valet that drove my car and put curb marks on my rims.
