Aftermarket HID Conversion Kits & required setting XENON=PRESENT thread
if we can get them cheaper through Mr Jung I'm all for it. I'm still curious though how cheap my contact in San Fran can get them. But I'm sure we will go with the cheaper seller.

looks good to me... and you can't beat that price w/ a stick (not sure exactly what that means, but i'd say it again)
. Yeah I'm all for price and quality too. This kit looks promising to me.
I think the D2S bulb is used for a non-projector housing like the non bi-xenoned housings while the D2R is for the projector housing. Correct me if I'm wrong.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Very costly. around 1500 for assembleys and another 400 for xenons
Just received a set of Stage II kit from Hids4less and searched last night to see any installation instruction. I found the one Young posted in 3/30/02 but my wiring is different than his. My came with a resistor with 4 wires. 2 of them I couldn't figured out where to connect to. ( I don't have igniter box like the one in archive) I'd seen on BMW board that you can make a sand block type resistor to eliminate the low beam warning light. Will this work for My C320 with factory Halogen light? Thanks in Advance
So what exaclty is the price of new OEM Xenons, for the Coupe, for all of us 2002 guys out there. I prefer to go with factory original. MBenzNL do you have these available to you yet?

Planning to ask my dealer how much a retrofit would cost but I'm not holding my breath - the answer will probably take it away.
Ey Jason. What kind of HIDS do i have? 9000k??
ALSO, for the rest of you. I wouldnt recommend installing it yourself. Go to some audio/ stereo shop. Lots of things can go wrong. Ive seen one car that all the electronics went dead.
Brabus: Could you explain the way you installed the xenon kits you have done. I think it is as simple as basically putting the ballst inbetween the 12v power connecter and the bulb right?
By the way thats the kit I used, I heard a lot of other kits are NOT this easy.

Just give us an update whenever your friend gets the pricing info. I have an 2000 S430. According to Jung's site, it seems that they are recommending the 7000k. Some of the folks here seem to prefer the 6000k. Decisions...decisions.... What's the OEM color for the S-class, anyone know?
