I have a question. When I plugged in the bi-xenon, there wasn't any flickering or anything. Does this mean my car already has xenon set to present? Or does it only flicker every once in a while or under certain conditions?

You sure about that? As far as I know, the washers were part of the lighting package that was included with frosty xenons prior to bi-x being introduced in 2004. If that's the case, xenon=present.

yeah I was wondering how he just connected the bi-x and turned it on without doing the xenon=present setting ..guess he had the frosty xenons before

When xenon isnt set to present, do the bi-xenons flicker all the time or just occasionally? Because when I plugged my bi-xenon in, it lit right up and functioned normally.
